Meet Sara Rose Whaley, MA

Hi! I’m Sara Rose, a parent coach specializing in working with families of 2-5 year olds dealing with intense tantrums, explosive meltdowns, and other REALLY challenging behavior.

I have nearly 20 years of experience working with children and families, with a background in developmental and behavior therapy.

I work with parents who have tried all the traditional parenting advice but are STILL struggling with intense behavior that’s affecting your entire family.

My approach isn’t about giving you another generic strategy to try. It’s about understanding WHY your child’s behavior is happening, identifying the patterns keeping it going, and teaching the skills you and your child need to respond differently.

My coaching is different than anything you’ve tried. WIth daily support, I’m right there helping you put those strategies into practice and make adjustments as challenges come up.

Client Testimonials

“I’m truly thankful for your support and for giving me easy to implement strategies. It’s honestly made a world of a difference. To go from having moments not liking my child, to actually enjoying all of these moments, and seeing them develop such a great relationship with their sibling. It brings me so much joy.”
– Samantha
“I honestly don’t recognize who I am now compared to who I was when I first started working with Sara. I’ve learned strategies to teach my child replacement behaviors and how to address behaviors from a calm place instead of a place of frustration and irritation.”
– Kaitlin
“I have completely reframed my thinking around parenting. I now understand that there is no cookie-cutter way to parenting. You have to find something that works for you and your family as a whole, and I believe I’ve found that.“
– Lisa
